AirAsia Brings Back Kuala Lumpur-Pattaya Flights From RM99
AirAsia Malaysia is bringing back a popular route! Starting June 17, 2024, travellers can fly directly from Kuala Lumpur to Pattaya, Thailand, with thrice-weekly flights. This marks AirAsia’s ninth direct route to Thailand after the pandemic, adding to their existing network to Bangkok, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Hatyai.
Booking period: Now – 24 March 2024
Travel period: 17 June 2024 – 16 June 2025
The move comes alongside AirAsia’s recent “Takeover Thailand” campaign, promoting Thailand as a top travel destination for Southeast Asia. Pattaya, known for its beaches and vibrant atmosphere, is a major tourist hub, attracting both domestic and international travellers. AirAsia previously served over 60,000 passengers on this route in 2019.
To celebrate the route’s return, AirAsia is offering special promotional fares starting from RM99 (one-way) from Kuala Lumpur and THB990 (one-way) from Pattaya. These fares are valid for bookings made by March 24, 2024, for travel between June 17, 2024, and June 16, 2025. Bookings can be made on the AirAsia website (airasia.com) or the AirAsia MOVE app (formerly known as the AirAsia Superapp).
